Minagawa is best known for his work on the highly acclaimed Spriggan and the equally amazing Akira anime movies. His latest manga title tells the tale of Ryo Takatsuki, who was fused with an alien technology highly capable of mass murder, code named ARMS. Although Ryo was really comfortable with his normal life, fate had other plans. He eventually crossed ARMS with Hayato Shingu and later, Takeshi Tomoe, who, like himself, was bestowed unimaginable powers against his will. In the meantime, a research-hungry organization has decided on their targets... Cliché? Hell no! The storyline quickly moved beyond this premise and evolved into one of the most intriguing and exciting mangas I've read. I'm having a really hard time describing how amazing ARMS without revealing too much of the plot, so I'll say this... it IS amazing ;)
