Anime studio Sunrise announced that they will launch a new anime series. The new series, titled Tiger & Bunny, will premiere in April on the Tokyo MX station. The show will run at 11:00PM on Tuesdays on Tokyo MX, and re-air on Osaka's BS11 on Sundays at 12:30AM. In addition, the show will be shown on streaming website UStream.

Keiichi Satou (Karas, The Big O) is in charge of the project, with Masafumi Nishida and Yoshihiro Ike (Blood: The Last Vampire, Dead Leaves) handling writing and music duties, respectively. Character designs will be handled by Masakazu Katsura (DNA², Video Girl Ai).
