Dark Horse announced that they acquired the rights to Osamu Takahashi's Neon Genesis Evangelion: Shinji Ikari Raising Project. The first volume is scheduled for a spring-to-summer release in 2009.

Shinji Ikari Raising Project is an "alternate reality" take on the established Neon Genesis Evangelion storyline, that is based on a life simulation PC game.
