FUNimation announced that they acquired the rights to My Bride is a Mermaid (Seto no Hanayome) from Media Net. FUNimation will release the title in two 13-episode boxed sets later this year.

My Bride is a Mermaid is an adaptation of Tahiko Kimura's romantic comedy manga, which originally ran in Square-Enix's Gangan Wind Magazine. The title was a joint production between Gonzo Digimation and AIC, and aired from April to September 2007. Seiji Kishi (Galaxy Angel Rune, Magikano) served as the director for the title.
